BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) - Danielle Cooper, along with two others, was originally charged with manslaughter for allegedly selling drugs to three people who died of overdoses. One of those three was Regina Vasconcelos. In October of 2021, Bay County Sheriff's investigators said Cooper gave the drug to Vasconcelos, who later died of an overdose. [...]
